Roy & Mariette Trepanier – Ontario, Canada Representatives
Roy & Mariette have been married for 44 years. They have two sons and seven grandchildren. Roy has been a believer since 1984 and has been a “sold out” evangelist for the gospel ever since. He is ordained with the Independent Assemblies of God, Canada, and represents Ezra Canada on a full-time basis.
Over the past three years, God has been leading Roy to do “something” with and for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. In September 2008 Roy traveled to Kiev and Odessa, Ukraine as a member of an annual Jeremiah 16:16 “Fishing Trip” led by Barry Wagner, Vice President of Ezra International. After witnessing first-hand the work of Ezra, meeting the Ezra staff, visiting with many Jewish people and sharing many tears with Holocaust survivors, Roy knows that this is what the Lord has called him to do. Instead of retiring to a life of golfing and fishing, Roy has now been appointed as Ezra’s Ontario Representative. He will be speaking in churches and home groups, appearing on television and radio programs to assist in the fund raising efforts to help in the return of God’s “chosen people” to their homeland in Israel.
