As a successful businessman Mel found Jesus in 1987 after many spiritual encounters. Then he was given many visions and dreams from the Lord. In one such vision he was shown that a day would come when he would be helping Jewish people return to Israel. Then in 1995 he was told by the Lord to go to Russia and begin the vision. It was then that Ezra was formed. Since then with the guiding of the Holy Spirit through miracles and signs and wonders Ezra has helped and is helping over seventy thousand Jewish people make their exodus to Israel according to Bible prophecy.
